We provide the platform for the contact and a space for your listing on the Essential10 site, your rating, and for authors to offer testimonials about your work together. We do not participate in the relationship otherwise, including monetary discussions or payments problems. We do not make recommendations.

Through your Service Provider page which is included as part of your annual subscription.

Explain your services clearly and provide links to examples from your portfolio. You may also feature up to three testimonials from Essential10 Authors.

Yes, you can participate in the Author Forums with your annual subscription.

You may offer advice or comment on industry news or trends. It is inadvisable to unfairly criticize other service providers or blatantly market yourself.

An author will contact you as suggested on your Service Provider page, whether via email, Twitter, or a visit to your website.

Yes. You and your client should determine the best way to communicate with each other, whether through private emails, phone calls, or otherwise.

For the majority of communication after you are contacted by an author, you do not use the Essential10 website.

No. You are responsible for negotiating price, terms, billing, and collections.

To be listed on our Provider's page you purchase an annual subscription. The Service Provider page is part of that package.

You and the author determine payment method. We recommend PayPal.

At this time, there are no programs through which service providers can advertise themselves.

If you do outstanding work at a fair price, your name/company will become know in the E10 community. High rating and great testimonials from Essential10 authors will speak for you!

You may contact that author and appeal.

We do not want every provider to have a 5 star rating inflated by removal of all poor ratings. We know some sites do this, but we disagree with this policy. If you have an issue that you believe is totally unfounded and the rating is below a 3 star rating, you may send a written appeal to CustomerSupport@eseential10.com.
