Forrest Piver is a 15-year old guy who loves to write. He has been writing books since he was about four years old and this is his first published work. The interesting thing that no one would ever guess about Forrest is that he was born completely deaf. He received a cochlear implant at the age of 26 months and worked hard to catch up on his speech and language development. Today, he is a straight-A student in honors level classes. Forrest’s wild, crazy imagination led him to be interested in zombies and science fiction. He is currently working on a book about a group of survivors trying to survive in a desolate, empty, post-apocalyptic zombie-infested world. Forrest lives in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania with his parents, his dog and cat.
